USC Academic Advisor Training

Starting in fall 2026, the Student Success Center will manage all outreach for Progress Reports & Standalone Alerts through EAB Navigate. However, sometimes there are situations or concerns submitted by faculty that are best addressed by an academic advisor, such as conversations about withdrawal. This training will cover a new process for Advisor Alerts that will facilitate escalating faculty/staff concerns to academic advisors when necessary. This session will cover logistics, expectations for advisors, and intended outcomes.
